what is this?

my notes app was becoming more and more inconvenient for the amount of information i was accumulating about dana scully's makeup,, so i made this website! yay! this is an ongoing research archive thing documenting the products used on gillian anderson throughout the original run of the x-files, organized by era and sorted by makeup categories. some products are solved, some are not (yay discontinued 90s products!)
this site was partly inspired by the SAB/scullywear AOL website – i realized there was no proper makeup equivalent and figured someone should do it.
